Atlasio Media is a company incorporated under the laws of the United States.
Humanafy is a commission management and partner platform that enables independent agents ("Human Agents") to promote digital services provided and fulfilled by Atlasio Media.
All services sold through promotion by Human Agents are invoiced, processed, and delivered by Atlasio Media.
By registering as a Human Agent or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Atlasio Media reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To register as a Human Agent, you must:
Atlasio Media reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion.
Human Agents are independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms creates:
Agents act independently and are solely responsible for their promotional activities.
Human Agents may promote services provided by Atlasio Media, including but not limited to:
Atlasio Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
Human Agents are eligible to receive 30% commission on qualifying direct sales.
Agents may receive 5% commission on qualifying sales generated by directly referred Agents.
Commission rates may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of Atlasio Media.
Commission attribution is determined exclusively by the valid promotion code used at checkout.
If no valid promotion code is used at the time of successful payment, no commission will be granted.
The promotion code recorded in Stripe at the time of payment shall be final, binding, and non-disputable.
No retroactive attribution or manual commission adjustments shall be made except at the sole discretion of Atlasio Media.
Commissions are calculated based on the net amount actually received by Atlasio Media after:

Human Agents strictly agree NOT to engage in any of the following:

Any spam, deceptive, manipulative, or unethical marketing practice is strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Agents may not:
Self-affiliation will result in:
Each individual may maintain only one (1) Humanafy account.
Creating multiple accounts to:
is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be permanently banned and commissions forfeited.
Atlasio Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to cases involving:
Unpaid commissions may be forfeited in cases of serious violation.
Agents are solely responsible for:
Atlasio Media does not withhold taxes unless required by law.
All branding, content, trademarks, and materials remain the property of Atlasio Media.
Agents may not use branding assets without authorization.
Atlasio Media shall not be liable for:
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Agent in the preceding three (3) months.
Agents agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlasio Media from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Any dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming.
